How to Cancel

• To ensure we have accurate information about the account being closed through online sign up or in person, we recommend all members come in person and show proof of identification that matches the name, address and phone number on the account. 

Cancellation WILL NOT be accepted over text message, telephone, email, or any other form of social media other than in person.
